Grand Park Side Hotel was the hotel in Bangkok that Otcho was sent by Isono to help a drug overdozed man. It was ana ssignement he didn't want to take. The man in the hotel told Otcho that he's a Japanese police investigating unusual activities (masterminded by "Friend"). Before the man died, he gave Otcho a piece of evidence which was "Friend"'s button.
