Friend Land or Tomodachi Land is the place where stubborn people are sent to "re-educate". Because Koizumi Kyoko questioned about the Bloody New Year 2000 event, she was sent to relearn the history. One of the trainers in Friend Land was the Dream Navigator. As part of her education, Kyoko must play virtual reality game which has embedded messages about a criminal group led by the man name Kenji.
