Mon Chan is one of Kenji's childhood friends who also rose up against "Friend" in the year 2000. Before Mon Chan was a very career oriented man. Until he found out that he's seriously ill and will soon die. Around that time, Mon Chan received a phone call from Kenji. Since then Mon Chan has been on a mission to find out the truth about "Friend" and his evil scheme. In the year 2002, Mon Chan went to visit Sadakiyo, who was a school English teacger, because he thought Sadakiyo might have some lead about "Friend" (Volume 11 Chapter 4). His note about his conversation wtih Sadakiyo on scrap papers. After the talk, Sadakiyo killed off Mon Chan and took away all the notes. Did Mon Chan die in vain to uncover the truth?
