Masao is a cold blood killer and a follower of "Friend" cult. He started off his murderous path by killing Donkey, and Mr. Pierre. Later he wass sent to stay in Miuhotaru prison until he's called out to complete his mission (2014 AD). In the Umihotaru prison, he bears the number 13.
