Isono is a Japanese Travel agent living in Bangkok, Thailand (2000 AD). Isono employed Otcho on a regular basis to do some works like helping prostitutes, etc. Isono can in turn arrange fake visas and passport to Otcho. In the summer of 2000 AD, Isono asked Otcho (AKA Shogun) to help a drug overdozed man at Grand Park Side Hotel. The man told Otcho he was an under cover policeman from Japan who came to Thailand for a vacation. While he was here he did some investigative work that involve "Friend" organization. He babbled to Otcho that Japan's now belong to "Friend". The policeman said he stole an evidence which's "Friend"'s button. He continued on telling Otcho about "Friend" and the plan to destroy the world. Before he could finish telling he's already dead (Volume 4 Chapter 1).
