Dream Navigator Takasugi is one of the higher ranking members holding Education department trainer position at the Yumin Organization. Third in command only from "Friend" and Manjoume, Dream Navigator's task is to seek out those who do not believe in "Friend" and tame them. She also oversees operations at "Friend Land", the virtual city used to train those who has strong mind against "Friend". Takasugi has close relations with Manjoume, the head of Yumin party. Takasugi was the one "educating" Kyoko Koizumi at "Friend Land" (Volume 8 Chapter 5).
