Chaipon is one of the biggest Thai mafias way before the year 2000. He runs various illegal operations in Bangkok from drug trafficking to prostitution. In the year 2000, Chaipon had some type of business involvement with Manjoume who was, at the time, the Yumin (Friend) party leader. The business was about the drug called "7 colour kid drug", the newest drug developed by Friend organization. Otcho also crossed path with Chaipon because Otcho's trying to help a drug addicted prostitute, May, who's working for Chaipon. (Book Volume 4 Chapter 2 )
2014 AD, Chaipon's having an on going gang war with another Chinese Mafia Gang led by Wang Xiao Feng in Kabuki Cho area. There the 2 leaders met Kanna. Kanna told both of them about Friend organization's plan to assasinate the Pope who's scheduled to attend Friend's funeral. The two leaders highly admire Kanna's courage and both agree to stop fighting each other and join forces to prevent the Pope's assasination.
